Clarence Maclin has been added to the cast of Netflix's forthcoming series, "Rabbit, Rabbit." He will star alongside Adam Driver, Regina Hall, Odessa Young, and Will Poulter. The series' premise involves an escaped convict, played by Driver, who takes hostages during a standoff at a truck stop, escalating into a complex social experiment and a psychological battle with a crisis negotiator.
Maclin, who earned an Oscar nomination for his work on "Sing Sing," a film based on his own life and time in prison, will appear in a recurring guest role. "Sing Sing" premiered at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival and garnered significant critical acclaim, earning Maclin numerous accolades, including a BAFTA nomination and a Gotham Award.
Peter Craig developed "Rabbit, Rabbit" and serves as its showrunner and executive producer. Philip Barantini is set to direct and executive produce. Adam Driver is also executive producing in addition to his starring role. The production is based out of MRC.
