CKY Drummer: $200 for a photo? Buy me a beer!

US rock band CKY cancelled a scheduled fan meet-and-greet in Brisbane after drummer Jess Margera voiced his dismay over the $200 price point. Margera, brother of Jackass star Bam Margera, took to social media to express his surprise at the cost for a photo opportunity with him, singer Chad I Ginsberg, and bassist Mike Leon.

He stated he was unaware of the pricing and proposed fans buy him a beer for a picture instead. The band subsequently decided to scrap the event entirely, refunding all attendees. Margera encouraged fans to spend their money on merchandise and the music, not on his ego.

The tour marked CKY's first visit to Australia in 14 years. The band had previously been removed from an Australian tour with Alien Ant Farm due to an alleged physical altercation between their respective frontmen in the UK.
