Chris Hemsworth recently recounted a difficult experience filming the popular web series "Hot Ones." During an appearance on the show, where guests eat increasingly spicy chicken wings while answering questions, Hemsworth found himself overwhelmed by the heat. He described feeling so unwell that production had to be stopped because he was on the verge of vomiting.

To manage his condition, staff provided him with ice cream and milk. The aftermath was severe, as Hemsworth revealed he had not eaten all day prior to filming. Consuming a bowl of hot sauce as his first meal resulted in him spending the subsequent 12 hours in his hotel room, experiencing significant discomfort and staying close to the toilet.

This challenging experience contrasts with Hemsworth's busy schedule promoting his 2026 film "Crime 101." The heist film, also starring Halle Berry, Mark Ruffalo, and Barry Keoghan, received a mixed review, noted for being close to greatness but falling slightly short. The year will conclude with Hemsworth reprising his role as Thor in "Avengers: Doomsday" in December.
