Four concert dates for the R&B Tour, co-headlined by Usher and Chris Brown, were canceled on Friday, October 9th. These cancellations coincide with Chris Brown's upcoming court date.
Tour organizers explained the decision to cancel select dates was to prioritize the health and well-being of the touring party and crew. They cited the significant demands of the large-scale tour as necessitating these adjustments for safe and sustainable operation.
The canceled shows were scheduled for Baltimore on October 17th, Cincinnati on October 24th, Columbia, South Carolina on October 29th, and Indianapolis on October 31st. Ticket holders have been informed of these changes via email.
Following these cancellations, the tour will pause before resuming in Atlanta on November 5th. The sole remaining October date is in New Jersey on October 15th.
Chris Brown is due back in a UK court on October 26th for sentencing in a nightclub assault case where he pleaded guilty to affray. The case stems from a February 2023 incident in London.
Brown was arrested in May 2025 upon arriving in the UK for shows and faced charges including assault and grievous bodily harm. He was released on $6.75 million bail six days later.
