The video shows Carli, now 35 years old, walking towards a cake adorned with 25 birthday candles. Just before she blows out the candles, a mysterious male hand replaces the "2" with a "3", revealing that Brett, now 37, has joined her. The two then embrace, with Brett presenting Carli with a bouquet of roses.
