As of November 14, 2025, the debate over when to start decorating for Christmas has reached the NFL. Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce recently shared his firm stance on the matter, stating that decorating should only begin after Thanksgiving.

However, the players surveyed were evenly split on the issue, with some, like running back Kareem Hunt, agreeing with Kelce, while others, like wide receiver Hollywood Brown, said they wait until November 29.
