This marks the second conservatorship filing by Cher for her son. Allman, 49, was recently arrested twice in New Hampshire. Charges include disorderly conduct, assault, and trespassing, followed by a residential break-in and burglary. He has been admitted to a psychiatric ward in New Hampshire to restore competency for criminal charges.
