The romantic comedy follows the story of Lauren Navarro, an American marketing executive tasked with revamping a family-run pasta sauce brand in the picturesque Tuscan countryside. During her consultation with the family, she meets Mason, an ex-commercial chef with "uncompromising values and an irresistible charm." As the two navigate the challenges of the business venture, a budding romance blossoms against the backdrop of the stunning Italian landscape.
Roku's scripted content lead, Morgan Pichinson, expressed the company's excitement to bring this heartwarming tale to their viewers, stating, "Our viewers devour rom-coms, especially during moments that matter to them, and we can't wait to bring them a new love story to savor just in time for Valentine's Day."
Alongside Bailon-Houghton and Tim Robards, the film will feature a talented supporting cast, including Dina Panozzo as the fiery matriarch of the pasta sauce dynasty, Julia Vosnakis as Isabella, and Nat Buchanan as Maddie. The production team, led by Steve Jaggi and Kylie Mascord, is committed to delivering an engaging and internationally appealing romance film that will captivate audiences.
