Chatha Pacha: The Ring of Rowdies Becomes a Pan-India Blockbuster

Chatha Pacha: The Ring of Rowdies, a Malayalam film produced by Reel World Entertainment, is poised to become one of the biggest collaborative ventures in the industry. As of November 11, 2025, several leading production houses, including Dharma Productions, Mythri Movie Makers, PVR INOX Pictures, Wayfarer Films, and T-Series, have joined forces to support the film's national and international rollout.

The project, developed by creative producer Shihan Shoukath and producers Ritesh and Ramesh S. Ramakrishnan, initially focused on Kerala's wrestling culture and street milieu. However, following a strong response to its teaser, which was released in multiple languages, the film has now expanded its reach across India and beyond.

The high-profile alliances have further solidified Chatha Pacha's status as a pan-India event. Dharma Productions will handle the film's distribution in Hindi-speaking markets, marking its first significant association with a Malayalam production. Mythri Movie Makers will oversee the release in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, while PVR INOX Pictures will distribute the film in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. In Kerala, Dulquer Salmaan's Wayfarer Films will manage the release, and The Plot Pictures will take the film to over 100 countries as part of its international rollout.

Chatha Pacha: The Ring of Rowdies also marks the Malayalam debut of the renowned composer trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, with T-Series acquiring the music rights. The film features a talented cast, including Arjun Ashokan, Roshan Mathew, Vishak Nair, and Ishan Shoukath, and a skilled technical crew.

With production now complete and post-production underway, Chatha Pacha: The Ring of Rowdies is slated to release in January 2026 in Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil, further solidifying its status as a pan-Indian cinematic event.
