Celina Jaitly's Mother's Day plea amid custody battle

Actress Celina Jaitly marked Mother's Day with an emotional revelation about her ongoing custody dispute. Jaitly described fleeing Austria to protect herself and her children, alleging experiences of systematic oppression, emotional abuse, humiliation, and fear during her marriage. She stated that her decision to seek legal recourse in India led to her children being blocked from communication, despite existing Austrian Family Court orders for joint custody.

Jaitly further claimed that her children have been moved to an undisclosed location and are allegedly being influenced against her and her faith by her husband and his father. She recounted standing outside her home during divorce hearings, heartbroken by the situation. The actress also reflected on the loss of her son, Shamsher, and the challenging aftermath of her marriage, which she stated involved coercion and attempts to control her assets and independence.

Recent reports indicate that an FIR has been filed against Jaitly's husband, Peter Haag, at Versova Police Station, citing allegations of cruelty, physical harm, criminal intimidation, and harassment. A Look Out Circular (LOC) has also reportedly been issued against him. Jaitly, who married Haag in 2010, is now determined to return to India to fight for her children, dignity, truth, and justice.
