The Delhi High Court has taken notice of the situation, issuing a notice to the Central government to file a status report within four weeks. The court also requested the appointment of a nodal officer to facilitate communication and provide assistance, including legal and medical support, for Major Jaitly. His family hopes these steps will aid in securing his release.
