Celeste Barber, Husband Split After 20 Years

Celeste Barber and her husband, Api Robin, have announced their separation after two decades of marriage.

Robin revealed the split on February 13, 2026, stating the past few months had been "incredibly challenging and deeply heartbreaking."

He cited that "after much reflection," the decision was made to separate as they "may want for different things," though he affirmed there is still "love and respect."

Cracks in their relationship first surfaced during the 2020 COVID lockdowns. Barber had admitted on a podcast that the extended time together strained their dynamic, causing her to fear their marriage was "done for."

She previously shared that a "massive and intense fight" during that period almost ended their relationship, but Robin's perspective helped them.

Barber and Robin met in 2006 when she was 21 and working as a bartender. They married in Bali seven years later.

Robin had two daughters, Sahra and Kyah, from a previous marriage. The couple also share two sons, Lou and Buddy. They have resided in Tweed Heads for the past six years.

Social media activity from the couple had significantly decreased, with their last shared photo together appearing in early November 2025.
