Filming for the second series of Celebrity Traitors has commenced this month at the picturesque Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands. A diverse cast of 21 well-known personalities will compete in the latest installment.
The lineup includes notable figures such as Amol Rajan, Bella Ramsey, James Acaster, Joanne McNally, and Joe Lycett. Also joining the competition are Julie Hesmondhalgh, King Henry, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Maya Jama, Myha'la, Professor Hannah Fry, Rob Beckett, Romesh Ranganathan, Ross Kemp, and Sharon Rooney.
As filming gets underway, the 20 participants will be secretly assigned roles as either Traitors or Faithfuls. Their objective will be to identify the Traitors among them, with the goal of avoiding elimination and potentially winning prize money for their chosen charities.
While production is currently in progress, the series is not expected to air on BBC1 until autumn. The previous series saw Alan Carr emerge victorious as a Traitor, a dramatic conclusion that earned a BAFTA nomination.
