Last month, several celebrities showcased their creative Halloween costumes, drawing inspiration from pop culture icons. On October 21st, the actress and singer-songwriter Chlöe got a head start, posting herself dressed as Beyoncé's Foxxy Cleopatra character from the 2002 comedy Austin Powers in Goldmember.
A few days later, on October 24th, Busy Phillips channeled her inner Cher during Bette Midler's New York-themed Hulaween bash. The Freaks and Geeks actress came dressed as Brooklynite Loretta Castorini from the cult classic Moonstruck. Meanwhile, Glee star Darren Criss and his wife Mia put a Big Apple twist on the classic clown costume for the same Hulaween party.
At her annual Hulaween event, which benefits the New York Restoration Project, Bette Midler herself recreated her look from her eponymous 1973 album. Joining her was Andy Cohen, who paid homage to another famous Andy: the artist Andy Warhol.
