CBS has announced significant expansions to its unscripted programming with orders for three new series. Alongside this revival, CBS is introducing two new game shows: 'Stacks of Cash,' hosted by Mike O'Malley, and '24 Hour Millionaire,' from the executive producers of 'Big Brother.'
These new series aim to bolster CBS's commitment to a deep, year-round unscripted slate. 'Undercover Boss' will feature corporate leaders going undercover to understand their workforce, offering an authentic look at employees. 'Stacks of Cash' presents a quiz-driven competition with contestants stacking their way to victory, while '24 Hour Millionaire' promises an intense 24-hour competition testing strategic and physical skills for a $1 million prize.
'Stacks of Cash' was filmed in Portugal, utilizing international locations to manage costs for the unscripted series. '24 Hour Millionaire' has been in development at CBS for over a year. The network anticipates targeted seasons and premiere dates will be announced at a later time for all three shows.
