"Minotaur," a drama concerning infidelity, directed by Andrey Zvyagintsev, secured the second-place Grand Prize. The best director award was jointly presented to Poland's Pawel Pawlikowski for "Fatherland" and Spain's Los Javis for "The Black Ball."
Awards for best actress and best actor were also shared. Virginie Efira and Tao Okamoto received best actress for their roles in "All of a Sudden," while Valentin Campagne and Emmanuel Macchia earned best actor for "Coward." The jury prize was given to "The Dreamed Adventure" by Valeska Grisebach.
