Engaged Couple Callum and Dua's Whirlwind Romance Revealed

As of October 19th, 2025, engaged couple Callum Turner and Dua Lipa are navigating their long-distance relationship with ease. Callum, 35, recently revealed that he had jetted off to Boston for a two-day trip just to catch up with Lipa, 30, in between her tour and his filming commitments.

The couple, who have been together since January 2024, first met at a mutual friend's birthday party in Los Angeles. Callum recalled that they sat next to each other and realized they were both reading the same book, which he saw as a serendipitous sign. "We sat next to each other and realized we were reading the same book, which is crazy. It's called Trust [by Hernán Díaz]," Callum said. "I had just finished the first chapter and I told her and she looked at me and said, 'I just finished the first chapter too.' I said, 'So, we're on the same page.'"

Despite a few "near-misses" over the course of their relationship, Callum and Lipa have managed to maintain their connection through the power of FaceTime. "Well, FaceTime is a wonderful thing, and the other rule is that it's never not worth it -- that's our slogan," Callum shared. The couple made their red carpet debut at the 2025 Met Gala in May, just one month before revealing their engagement.
