Calista Flockhart: Fame's Toll and Motherhood's Embrace

Calista Flockhart, who achieved international fame for her starring role in the late 1990s legal drama Ally McBeal, made a conscious decision to step back from the Hollywood spotlight. This shift in focus occurred after she adopted her son, Liam, in 2001, prioritizing motherhood above her burgeoning career.
