The new track, "Dying in Reverse," is also set to be featured on the EA Sports FC 27 soundtrack, which is slated for release on September 25. This marks a significant moment for the Kentucky-founded band, who recently signed with Big Loud Rock and released "Beaches in Tennessee."
Schultz described "Dying in Reverse" as representing the band's current outlook: focusing on the present moment while staying true to their convictions. This philosophy was also influenced by their experience opening for Oasis on their North American tour last year.
Following their performance in Munich, Cage the Elephant is scheduled to commence a European tour on February 8, 2027, in Berlin. The tour will conclude on March 1, 2027, in London.
