Bunnie Xo Reveals New Breast Implants After Weight Loss

Bunnie Xo recently underwent a breast augmentation procedure, nearly two months after her husband, Jelly Roll, filed for divorce. The author and podcaster, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, shared that the surgery was to enhance her breasts after a 20-pound weight loss caused them to appear less perky. She described them as looking like "ski slopes" and wanted to "perk back up".

This latest procedure utilized smaller implants, differing from her 2019 augmentation which she felt resulted in a more "matronly" chest. Bunnie noted she felt healthier undergoing this surgery compared to 2019, when she was still recovering from past trauma and substance abuse. She also received work under her eyes.

Earlier in 2026, Bunnie had a facelift to address persistent facial filler issues. She explained on social media that filler had not fully dissolved and had migrated, causing swelling and discomfort. The facelift allowed for the removal of this filler. Bunnie advocates for women's autonomy over their bodies, encouraging self-love through any modifications that bring happiness.
