This post came two days after her husband, country star Jelly Roll, officially filed for divorce on May 18. The divorce papers, filed in Williamson County, Tennessee, list May 9 as the date of separation and cite irreconcilable differences as the grounds.

The cryptic social media activity from Bunnie Xo extended beyond the TikTok video. Prior to the divorce news becoming public, she posted an image with the caption "She's getting her sparkle back ✨." She also shared a text message that read, "Come here, let me show you what love feels like" and reposted a humorous Snoop Dogg Reel.

Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo, whose real names are Jason DeFord and Alisa DeFord respectively, met in 2015 and married secretly in a courthouse ceremony in 2016. They renewed their wedding vows in 2023.
