The Nederlander Organization has announced that Broadway's best musicals will grace the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood for the 2026-27 season. This highly anticipated lineup includes the recent Tony Award winners for best musical, 'The Outsiders' and 'Maybe Happy Ending.'
The season boasts a collection of acclaimed productions, featuring four other recent Tony best musical nominees: 'Water for Elephants,' 'Buena Vista Social Club,' 'Operation Mincemeat,' and 'Death Becomes Her.' Audiences can also look forward to fresh stagings of classics like 'The Great Gatsby' and 'The Who's Tommy.'
Additionally, the season will see the return of blockbuster hits 'The Lion King' and 'Hamilton.' Broadway in Hollywood president Jeff Loeb emphasized the unique connection created by live theater, highlighting the season's extraordinary surprises and bold storytelling from Los Angeles premieres and fan favorites.
