The Broadway In Memoriam Committee announced that a quarterly dimming ceremony will take place on Tuesday at 6:45 p.m. ET. This event is dedicated to honoring individuals who have left an indelible mark on the Broadway stage. The committee aims to recognize a diverse group of artists and professionals who have made a profoundly significant and lasting impact.
These quarterly dimmings occur on the second Tuesday of September, December, March, and June. Launched last year, the initiative expanded the scope of honorees beyond traditional categories. Individual ceremonies are held separately to celebrate those with a unique and lasting influence on the theater community.
