Hamilton experienced a substantial drop in earnings, falling $2 million to $2.8 million in its first week without lead Leslie Odom Jr. This decrease allowed Harry Potter and the Cursed Child to reclaim its status as the highest-grossing show, raking in $2.9 million. Other top earners included Wicked ($2.7 million), The Lion King ($2.4 million), and Chess ($1.9 million).
The futuristic play Majorie Prime opened to positive reviews, boosting its capacity and grosses to $283,007. Meanwhile, Beetlejuice saw a decrease in both capacity and grosses, falling to $624,785.
