The spokesperson stated that claims of Spears being seen with a knife or acting dangerously were "completely blown out of proportion."

The representative clarified that Spears was merely cutting her hamburger and recounting a story about her dog barking. This statement followed an entertainment journalist's account on X of a "wild experience" dining near Spears, which was echoed by other diners fearing for their safety.

Further reports alleged Spears raised her voice, screamed, and attempted to light a cigarette indoors, while also reportedly walking around with a knife.
