However, the charity claims these discussions have not influenced the current proposal, leading to fears that the theatre's operations would become unviable.
BHASVIC principal William Baldwin emphasized the educational and health benefits of the sports facilities for students and the community. A draft community use agreement outlines operational hours, with late-night use permitted on weekdays. A noise management plan is also in place, aiming to address neighbour complaints.
