Bridgit Mendler Shuts Down Surprise Music Comeback Rumors

Bridgit Mendler, formerly a prominent Disney star, recently clarified that a new music release on her Spotify account was not from her. Fans were thrilled when a six-song EP titled 'Once Again...' appeared on June 5th, generating significant online buzz. However, Mendler addressed the situation on X (formerly Twitter) on June 11th, stating, "Sorry to disappoint everyone, the spotify release wasn't me!"

Mendler, who stepped away from Hollywood a decade ago, has since pursued a career in science and technology. She co-founded Northwood Space, a satellite data startup, with her husband, aerospace engineer Griffin Cleverly. Mendler holds advanced degrees from the University of Southern California, MIT, and Harvard Law School, where she was Co-President of the Space Law Society. She also revealed in 2024 that she is a mother to a 4-year-old son, whom she began fostering in 2021 and adopted in late 2022.
