Brian May's Cold Shower Secret for Ageless Look

Legendary Queen guitarist Brian May, who will celebrate his 80th birthday next July, has shared a surprising secret to his enduring youthful appearance: cold showers. The 78-year-old rock icon revealed this wellness practice at the launch event for the remastered "Queen II" album in London.

May also offered insight into the band's creative history, recounting a playful argument with the late Freddie Mercury. He remembered questioning Mercury's lyric about traveling at the speed of light in the song 'Don't Stop Me Now.' Despite May's scientific concerns, Mercury insisted on keeping the line, emphasizing the song's overall spirit of fun and joy.

Still actively involved in music, Brian May continues to honor the legacy of Queen. He tours under the name Queen+ with bandmate Roger Taylor, ensuring the band's iconic music remains in the public eye years after the passing of their lead singer, Freddie Mercury, in 1991.
