Veteran actor Boman Irani, aged 66, has revealed his decision to perform his own stunts for the upcoming film 'The Raja Saab'. Speaking at a pre-release event, Irani shared that he was motivated by observing his body double and felt confident in his ability to execute the scenes himself. He conveyed his enthusiasm to director Maruthi, who initially expressed concern.
Irani elaborated on his perspective, stating, "My experience says it's better to try than to be afraid." He embraces these chances at his current age, cherishing the opportunities that many his age do not receive. He finds fulfillment in performing the stunts, noting that while minor injuries might occur, the memories created are invaluable.
Directed by Maruthi, 'The Raja Saab' features Prabhas and Nidhhi Agerwal, alongside Irani, and is scheduled for a theatrical release on January 9. The film's music is by Thaman S, with cinematography by Karthik Palani.
