Bollywood Star Mazel Vyas Celebrates Diwali Traditions in Hometown

Bollywood actress Mazel Vyas is looking forward to celebrating Diwali with her family in her hometown of Vadodara. As of October 6th, 2025, Vyas makes it a point to return home at least four days before the festival every year. Along with her cousin, she decorates their house, a ritual they have maintained for years. Vyas' pet dog also loves the festive season and gets excited when friends and relatives visit.

Growing up, Vyas was always thrilled about Diwali as her father would take the family on road trips during the vacation. She fondly remembers those early morning drives when she and her mother would sleep in the car while her father drove non-stop for hours.

In addition to Diwali, Vyas is also a big fan of Navratri and loves to dance during the festival. Last year, she experienced the magic of sheri garba for the first time in Vadodara, thanks to her parents. Vyas was excited to play garba with young girls and even learned some new steps from them.

The actress, who was recently seen in the Gujarati film Vahali, is now waiting for the right content to do more Gujarati projects. She is choosy about her roles but would love to work on films that offer something unique and different for her and the audience.
