On November 1st, 2025, Bollywood icon Dharmendra was admitted to Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital after complaining of breathlessness. The 89-year-old veteran actor, fondly referred to as the 'OG He-Man,' was immediately placed under observation in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
However, recent updates from the hospital indicate that Dharmendra's condition is now stable. A staff member confirmed that the actor's vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and urine output, are all within normal range. While the initial reports had suggested the visit was for a routine check-up, the hospital has clarified that Dharmendra was admitted due to difficulty in breathing.
Despite his age-related health concerns, Dharmendra has remained remarkably active in the film industry. He last appeared in the movie 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya' and is slated to star in the upcoming war drama 'Ikkis,' directed by Sriram Raghavan. His sons, actors Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, are said to be by his side during this time.
