Bollywood icon Shilpa Shirodkar is set to make a triumphant return to the silver screen with her upcoming film Jatadhara, scheduled for release on November 7, 2025. The actress, who was last seen on the big screen 25 years ago, has been generating buzz with her role in the highly anticipated project.

In an exclusive interview, Shirodkar opened up about the challenges and excitement of her long-awaited comeback. She expressed her delight at being back in the industry, saying, "Today cinema has changed, writing has changed, there is work for everyone across borders, across age groups, across genders... For me, I feel I'm in the best time of making movies or working in this entertainment industry."

Reflecting on Sinha's work ethic, Shirodkar shared, "She just wasn't one of those who said, 'I'm fed up of this. I don't want to go on the harness.' She used to be sitting with all those harness claws on the chair like that and... nothing. There was never a moment where she said, 'abhi bas ho gaya mujhe ghar jaana hai, mai thak gai hu, nothing.' In fact, she was saying, 'Kaam karwa lo, do the work.'"
