Manya Aggarwal, a skilled dancer and choreographer, has just completed work on an OTT platform movie, where she served as an assistant choreographer and dancer. Currently, she is teaching Bollywood and Hip Hop dance to children and also performing in the United States.
Manya's passion for dance began at a very young age, and it was her mother who first recognized her talent and enrolled her in The Danceworx Performing Arts Academy in Gurgaon (Gurugram) when she was just five years old. Over the years, Manya has trained in various dance forms, including Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, and Hip Hop, at The Danceworx Performing Arts Academy in Mumbai.
Interestingly, legendary ghazal maestro and bhajan singer Anup Jalota has also featured Manya in the music video for his debut English song. Jalota was looking for a dancer who could effectively portray the emotion and essence of the song, and he chose Manya for the role.
Determined to pursue dance professionally, Manya applied and was accepted into the prestigious California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) in Los Angeles. After completing her education, she entered the professional dance world, even performing at Disneyland in LA, a dream come true for her.
