Rapper Blueface has acquired a new, expansive residence in Moorpark, California, for $2.25 million. The significant purchase, totaling over 5,000 square feet, occurred just as the artist welcomed his newborn son. This new family home includes five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and features picturesque mountain views along with a spacious four-car garage.
Blueface was chauffeured to the gated community property by Stratos in a Maybach Sprinter. He was represented in the transaction by Christian Crane of Agents of LA, collaborating with real estate investor Eric "C-Style" Yokoyama. Crane also previously assisted Blueface with another property in Canyon Country, highlighting an ongoing professional relationship.
The closing was marked by a unique gift: a custom gold key featuring Jesus Christ, which Blueface was seen wearing. Notably, Tai Savet, owner of Agents of LA and creator of VH1's "Love & Listings," was present. Savet hinted at the possibility of a new real estate reality show inspired by this transaction, potentially targeting the urban market.
