Summary
- Court ruled Blake Lively entitled to attorney fees but not damages.
- Baldoni's lawyer claims Lively's win was limited to a single claim.
- The legal dispute began in December 2024 with harassment allegations.

The legal conflict between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, which arose from their collaboration on "It Ends with Us," has reached a resolution. A judge has determined that Lively will receive attorney fees but not damages, concluding a significant portion of their dispute.
Baldoni's attorney, Bryan Freedman, stated that Lively was awarded limited attorney fees for a single claim within a case that lasted only a few months. This statement followed Lively's legal team's expression of gratitude for the ruling, asserting it affirmed Lively brought her claims in good faith without malice.
The legal proceedings initiated in December 2024, when Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment on the set of "It Ends with Us" and alleged a smear campaign. Baldoni vehemently denied these accusations, leading to extensive counter-suits.
Over the course of the legal battle, both parties experienced varying degrees of success. In the summer of 2025, Baldoni's multi-million dollar lawsuits against Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and others were dismissed. Earlier in 2026, a judge dismissed 10 of the 13 claims Lively had filed against Baldoni, paving the way for the eventual settlement.
