Lively's attorneys claim she has suffered significant financial losses, including $56.2 million in past and future earnings from acting, producing, speaking engagements, and endorsements.
Additionally, Lively's beauty brand, Blake Brown, is said to have lost $49 million, while her beverage company, Betty Buzz/Betty Booze, has lost $22 million due to the damage to her public image. Lively's legal team also alleges she has suffered $34 million in reputational harm, based on 65 million negative impressions about her on social media.
