This resolution occurred approximately two weeks prior to the jury selection. The judge had previously dismissed ten of Lively's thirteen claims, including allegations of sexual harassment and defamation, leaving only three claims of retaliation, aiding and abetting retaliation, and breach of contract. Notably, these remaining claims were against Baldoni's production company and a PR firm, not Baldoni himself.
