In December 2025, a Florida mother welcomed her second child with an extraordinary view: the Magic Kingdom fireworks. Jacqueline Skelton, who identifies as a proud "Disney adult," gave birth at AdventHealth's Celebration hospital. Her hospital room provided an unobstructed sightline to the nightly fireworks display, creating a memorable experience during labor.
Skelton captured and shared the event in a viral video, highlighting the unusual yet delightful circumstance of witnessing Disney's magical fireworks between contractions. Her son, Bowen Everett Skelton, was born during this unique spectacle. While her son's name isn't Disney-themed, her daughter, Briar Rose, is named after a character from Sleeping Beauty, reflecting the family's affinity for Disney.
The hospital confirmed that several rooms offer views of the fireworks, though these specific rooms cannot be reserved in advance. Skelton described her love for Disney as having "taken over our life in a way that I never would have thought, but it's it's super fun."
