Alexander Ludwig, known for his acting roles, steps behind the camera for his directorial debut, 'Billings.' This indie healthcare drama, which he also stars in, features Carla Gugino, Grace Beedie, and Taylor Hickson. Developed by Enderby Entertainment, the film follows a young girl with cystic fibrosis whose essential healthcare and medication access are abruptly terminated.

Facing a ticking clock, her brother, portrayed by Ludwig, must challenge a flawed system. He resorts to robbing pharmacies for the necessary medicines, highlighting the harsh realities of contemporary American healthcare. Ludwig co-wrote the script, aiming to spark a vital conversation about these issues.

Enderby Entertainment producer Rick Dugdale emphasized that 'Billings' aligns with the Enderby Impact slate's mission to tell deeply human stories.
