Billboard Español is celebrating its fourth anniversary by showcasing its complete collection of 30 covers since September 2022. These covers encapsulate the defining stories and artists that have driven the pulse of Latin music. Featured artists range from Colombian superstar Camilo, who graced the inaugural issue, to Puerto Rican global icon Bad Bunny, who appeared on two covers.
The retrospective includes significant moments like the cover marking RBD's highly anticipated return after a 15-year hiatus. It also highlights a cover dedicated to Venezuelan artists using their platform for social advocacy. The collection further showcases the success of artists like Karol G and a rare collaboration between legends Romeo Santos and Prince Royce.
To produce these covers, the publication undertook extensive international travel. This included visiting Maná in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where they created hits, and meeting Carín León at the San Marcos Fair in Aguascalientes. Interviews also took place in Rome with Laura Pausini and in Madrid with Kany García during her major tour.
