The Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8 house witnessed an intense leadership challenge during its ninth week. Contenders Wikky and Gautham engaged in a fierce competition, supported by their respective teammates. The task required them to sit with their heads in transparent boxes while supporters ferried water to fill the opposing contender's box.
Ultimately, Gautham's box filled first, and his subsequent action of draining the water led to his elimination from the race. Wikky was declared the Week 9 leader. This achievement visibly moved Wikky, who shared his lifelong lack of leadership experience, even during his school days.
This newfound leadership role for Wikky arrives at a significant juncture, as host Mohanlal has frequently urged him to be more active and assertive in his gameplay. It remains to be seen how Wikky will now embrace this position and influence the dynamics within the house.
