Shijin strongly refuted Easwar's claims, directly addressing his family to retrieve and post receipts as proof of his financial dealings. The controversy escalated with Easwar also accusing Shijin of manipulating another contestant, Komban, who subsequently criticized Easwar for discussing personal financial matters during the nominations.
