Big Time Rush Blends TV and Live Shows in Nostalgic Comeback Tour

In November 2025, the popular Nickelodeon band Big Time Rush is making a highly anticipated comeback with their "In Real Life" world tour. The four-piece group - Kendall Schmidt, Logan Henderson, Carlos PenaVega, and James Maslow - are set to perform every song from their hit TV series, many for the first time live.

The tour, which has already played to over 200,000 fans across the United States, is a full-circle moment for the band. Maslow, the lead vocalist who also played James Diamond in the original show, is thrilled to see fans from the original series now bringing their own children to the concerts. "There's something so nostalgic about this tour," he says. "We're one of the only bands in the world that had a TV show, and now that it's streaming again, we're seeing new generations discover it too."

The "In Real Life" tour also features two familiar faces from the Nickelodeon series - Katelyn Tarver, who played Jo, and Stephen Kramer Glickman, better known as Gustavo. This blending of the TV world with the live show is a unique experience that the band has been saving for the right time.

The members of Big Time Rush have all pursued their own paths since the show ended in 2013, from acting and solo albums to family life and business ventures. But coming back together has felt surprisingly natural, with a newfound maturity and appreciation for their success.
