Atlanta radio host Darian Morgan, also known as Big Tigger, has announced he is stepping away from his broadcast duties. This decision comes as allegations of domestic violence against him continue to surface publicly. Morgan, whose real name is Darian Morgan, confirmed on Instagram that he is taking time off to address a legal matter involving his wife, Alicia Brown. He has stated he unequivocally denies all allegations.
Morgan was arrested on June 20 and booked into Fulton County Jail on charges of aggravated battery and cruelty to children in the third degree. These charges originate from a May 9 incident at his home. Authorities allege that an argument over text messages escalated, with Ring camera footage purportedly capturing Morgan shoving Brown, causing her to fall and sustain an injury. Their 13-year-old son was reportedly present during the incident.
In his statement, Morgan expressed that being away from his son is most painful and that he is committed to being a great father. He aims to clear his name and provide his legal team with the necessary space. Meanwhile, V-103 co-host Francesca Amiker has filed a defamation lawsuit against Alicia Brown, accusing her of falsely claiming Amiker had an affair with Morgan. Amiker has denied these claims.
