Musicians Bibio and Dorian Concept have joined forces to release a new collaborative album, 'Answers,' scheduled for release on Warp Records on October 16. This highly anticipated project explores a rich tapestry of sounds, blending elements of intelligent dance music (IDM), folk, and evocative field recordings.
The initial spark for 'Answers' ignited when Bibio encountered Dorian Concept's compelling visuals for the 2022 track 'Let It Go.' This encounter fostered a mutual desire to create an audio-visual project together, culminating in the album accompanied by five distinct music videos.
To give listeners a taste of the album, the duo has already shared the first single, "Shame." They have now followed up with a music video for their second release, the electronic-folk song "Lichen Trip." This collaboration builds on their previous work; Bibio contributed guitar to Dorian Concept's 2025 album, Miniature.
