Bhool Bhulaiyaa Franchise Expands: Director Teases Kartik Aaryan and Akshay Kumar Showdown

The previous film, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, had released a year ago and proved to be a massive success, cementing Kartik Aaryan's image as the new-age Rooh Baba and revitalizing the horror-comedy genre in Bollywood.

Bazmee revealed that while the work on the story for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4 has not yet begun, discussions are underway to potentially bring together the two lead actors from the franchise - Kartik Aaryan and Akshay Kumar, who helmed the original Bhool Bhulaiyaa in 2007. Bazmee believes that having Akshay in his iconic orange attire and Kartik in his black outfit pitted against each other would make for an exciting and compelling addition to the series.
