Summary
- Photographer S Prashanth exhibits 14 years of wildlife photos
- Captures birds, big cats, and other animals in their natural habitats
- Aims to showcase India's natural wealth and inspire nature lovers

Bengaluru-based photographer S Prashanth is currently showcasing his stunning wildlife photography in an exhibit titled "A Walk Through the Wild: Captured In Time." The collection features over 30 photographs that Prashanth has captured during his expeditions into the wild over the past 14 years.
Prashanth's lens has immortalized the beauty of India's diverse wildlife, from brilliantly-plumed birds in mid-flight to majestic big cats in their natural habitats. Each photograph is accompanied by the name of the reserve or forest area where it was captured, highlighting the natural wealth of the country.
The photographer, who is a self-taught wildlife enthusiast, began documenting his encounters with nature in his early teens. What started as a hobby soon became a passion, as Prashanth sought to preserve the details of his experiences that would otherwise fade over time.
Prashanth hopes that his exhibition will inspire others to appreciate the beauty of India's wildlife and explore the natural wonders that are accessible right in their own backyard, rather than wishing to visit exotic destinations abroad. "Animals across the globe are the same," he says. "There is so much to see and appreciate in India itself."
