Baywatch Auditions: Stars Who Almost Made It

Thousands of hopeful actors auditioned for the original "Baywatch," a show that launched several careers. However, many future stars were considered but ultimately not cast in the iconic series.
Among those who auditioned were Neve Campbell, known for the "Scream" franchise, and Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock. Casting director Susan Glickman recalled that Campbell was deemed not physically right for the role.
Bullock was also scheduled to audition but reportedly passed on the opportunity beforehand. Glickman mentioned that many talented actresses simply weren't the correct physical match for "Baywatch."
