Vijay Sethupathi & Balaji Tharaneetharan Reunite for 'Baththa'

The upcoming film starring Vijay Sethupathi, directed by Balaji Tharaneetharan, has officially been titled Baththa. A striking first-look poster, presented by Atlee, was revealed recently, featuring Sethupathi in a distinct retro style that hints at a unique narrative.

This collaboration marks the third time Sethupathi and Tharaneetharan have joined forces. Their previous successful projects include Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom and Seethakathi. The film, written by Tharaneetharan himself, also features Lijomol Jose in a significant role. The technical team includes Sai Abhyankkar for music and Selva Kumar SK as the cinematographer. Baththa is slated for release on October 1st.
