Five years after its predecessor, Inspector Jatil Yadav returns in a more ambitious sequel focusing on the brutal murder of the wealthy Bansal family. Initially dismissed as supernatural, the case falls to Yadav, who senses a deeper conspiracy.

The investigation into the influential Bansal family's massacre unearths layers of deception, greed, and betrayal. While the film's premise of knowing the perpetrator but not the motive is intellectually engaging, the narrative often feels stretched across its 136-minute runtime.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui delivers a compelling performance as Inspector Yadav, portraying an honest cop navigating institutional pressure. Despite solid supporting cast efforts, underwritten characters and a convenient climax prevent the film from achieving the taut thrill expected of the genre.
